Who will be “world best player 2008”?

FIFA announced a list of 55 football players to win the world best player 2008.  

• FIFA said in a statement Monday; “We sent voting forms to 45.000 football professionals, registered in 42 local clubs in order to select the Award-winning stars from the list, consisting of 11 players from the British league and 18 from the Spanish league.

• Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo and Argentinean Lionel Messi are on top of the players list to win the title.

• Spanish national team winner of the 2008 UEFA participated with nine players, Italian with eight, English with six, Portuguese with five, Brazilian and French with four.

• Spanish “Barcelona” is on top of European clubs with nine players, then English “Chelsea” with eight, “Manchester united” with seven and “Real Madrid” with six.

• “World best player 2007” Brazilian “Kaka”will give back the prize October 27.
